"Having already used LCA for a previous job it was an obvious choice for me to go to them to help me find a new opportunity. Alexei was helpful from the beginning, he was patient in understanding exactly what I am looking for and needed within a career, having been out of work for a while due to Covid it was looking like there was no companies hiring, Alexei managed to get me a phone interview after initially speaking with him and then a face to face interview in which I was offered the job. LCA made the job search less daunting and were really insightful in preparing me for my interviews.
