"I highly recommend LCA!!! I applied to a job for sales agent for a company, the next day I was contacted by them. Normally I tend to stay away from Agencies as I didn’t know how it really works, however the way Ryan spoke to me and introduced himself and his company and seemed interested in knowing me and what kind of job and work environment I am interested in, he invited me over to his office to discuss further and also to get to know me a little more. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a very lovely lady who made me feel very comfortable. During the meeting, I was asked more about myself, this helped Ryan understand what work place would be most suitable for me. Day after Ryan had couple of opportunities lined up for me, he picked an amazing company for me and offered help throughout my interviews. He helped me prepare for my interview and was always available whenever I needed him. I had my first interview organised by Ryan and I got the job and I accepted the offer! The whole experience was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better job and all thanks to Ryan and his lovely team."
