Assistant to Acquisitions Manager/Admin Assistant - East London

Acquisitions Assistant/Administrator duties:

* Preparing, scheduling and organising any works needed on properties

* Carrying out interim inspections, full inventories and taking photos

* Collating safety and compliance certificates, preparing files for submission

* Organising bookings for Void officers

* Covering phones and checking enquiries

* Assisting with general office duties

To be an Acquisitions Assistant/Administrator, you need:

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

* Good IT knowledge, including Excel

* Negotiating skills is beneficial

* Previous experience in lettings administration or as a negotiator in the property industry preferred but not essential

* Personable and well-presented nature

* Full UK driving licence

Assistant to Acquisitions Manager/Administrator package:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

£24,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary, plus use of company car

NO SATURDAYS!!!
