Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6pm
£25,000 end of your bonuses of £3,000
Office Administrator duties:
* Provide accurate and efficient administrative service to sales and lettings team
* Input property and client information via CRM software system including selecting photographs, floor plan and map.
* Quality control of data input; language, punctuation, spelling, figures
* Undertaking office reporting systems in an efficient manner
* Managing web portals and accuracy of information displayed
* Preparing AST contracts
* Handle correspondence and letters in accordance with manager's instructions
* Provide support to management by undertaking non-sales related tasks
* Support other team members by undertaking front line telephone and face to face customer enquiries when required
* Preparing Sales Letters and property brochures
To be an Office Administrator, you need:
* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent telephone manner
* Articulate
* Confidence and accuracy in written word
* Computer literate with experience in CFP, Dezrez/Rezi is desired but not essential
* Customer service
* Strong organisational skills
* Team player
* Good presentation
