Sales & Lettings Manager Estate Agent

Location: Crystal Palace

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 9.30am - 4.30pm (day off in lieu)

Salary: OTE iro £90,000k

A typical day

* Winning new instructions

* Growing branch's lettings and sales business

* Conduct property valutions and secure agreements

* Oversee day to day branch operations

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Implement strateies to meet and excee targets

* Monitor KPS's and market trends

* Lead, coach and develop team members

* Build strong releationships with clients, landlords and the local community

About you

* Full UK driving licence and own car essential

* Proven experience at managment level in Estate Agency

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Highly driven, target-focused, and results-oriented

* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

* ARLA or NAEA qualification desirable but not essential
