Are you positive and reliable, with experience within sales in the property industry? Their clients are looking for a Business Development Executive to support their field Partnership Development Managers and work closely with their Sales and Marketing teams. You should have excellent and professional communication skills to build rapport with clients, be able to work in a fun and supportive team environment and be motivated to achieve your full potential with uncapped commission.

About the client
Leaders within the lettings industry for Tenant Referencing, Insurance Services and Legal Services, our clients have offices across the UK which enables them to look after independent agents, multi branch agents, national letting agents and private landlords. Their goal is to be the number one services provider to the private rental sector.

About the role
* Business Development Executive
* Warrington, Cheshire
* Booking appointments across the UK for our PDM's
* Refining and building our database via our CRM
* Daily outbound cold calling campaigns
* Generating leads for cross divisional sales
* Working towards a personal based target

Their clients are looking to pay this Business Development Executive a basic salary of £20,000 to £21,000 per annum (dependent on experience), with an OTE circa £30,000 per annum

Working hours for this Business Development role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
