If you worked here:
* You would be working for a dynamic company with over 15 years' experience covering Essex and Kent
* Working with a multi-award-winning Estate Agency, specialising in the sales, lettings, commercial, mortgages and financial services
* You will be responsible to develop and grow the commercial business throughout our clients network of offices
* A great opportunity to build the commercial department under your leadership
Day to day duties:
* Dealing with business owners and commercial landlords
* Generating and carrying out market appraisals
* Listing and marketing commercial property
* Generating and carrying out viewings
* Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion
About you:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Can-do attitude and great business acumen
* Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Good negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with a variety of different clients
* Self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
* Previous experience working within the commercial sector of Estate Agency is required
* Full UK driving licence
