Are you a motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven individual, looking for an excellent new Lettings Negotiator role within a highly successful Estate Agency in North London?

Our award-winning clients are looking for talented individuals to join their North Finchley Team.

Letting Negotiator package:

£16,000 to £24,000 per annum basic salary (dependant on experience)

OTE circa £50,000 to £60,000 per annum

Monday to Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9:30am - 4pm (five day working week with some Saturdays off every month!) Also our clients can offer some flexibility i.e. start at 8am and finish at 5.30pm

Letting Negotiator duties:

* Registering applicants

* Booking and attending viewings

* Negotiating terms with Landlords

* Manage and update applicants on all properties

* Negotiate where instructed any offer between Landlord and Tenant

* Achieve all daily and weekly targets

To be a Letting Negotiator, you need:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Dynamic and ambitious nature

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload

* High attention to detail

* Full UK driving licence
