My client is a phenomenal Estate Agent offering you the opportunity to build your own business within a business.

You will have access to an office, thus a shop front representing the brand! Unlike other self-employed models there are no marketing cost to contribute to as this is fully funded by our clients.

Access to laptop, equipment as well as marketing. You will get autonomy over your own patch and best of all you are given between £2,000- £2,5000 in the first 4 months to help whilst you build the brand!!

Estate Agent Lister - Self employed

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in the week)

Salary: For first 4 months - £2,000/2,5000 per month(non-refundable)

Location: Barking (working full time in the office)

Duties:

• Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market

• Working towards set targets

• Generating sales leads

• Preparing high-quality sales particulars and marketing materials.

• Maintaining the highest level of customer service.

• Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face-to-face

About you:

• Previous experience in the property industry as a Lister/Valuer is essential

• Must have your own car and driving licence

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service skills

• Great work ethic and organised nature

• Ability to prioritise busy workload and work well under pressure

• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
