Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5:30pm (day off in lieu during the week)

£18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary dependent on experience, with company car or car allowance

OTE circa £32,000 to £35,000 per annum

If you worked here:

* You would be working for a highly respected and well-established Estate Agency, with over 50 years' experience and around 20 offices across Essex and into Central London

* With departments in Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying

* Working across various established offices with dedicated and hardworking teams, achieving record levels of business over recent months

Day to day duties:

* Providing float cover throughout the established branch network covering various Essex locations

* Identify which properties match applicants' requirements by obtaining detailed, accurate information

* Conduct viewings with prospective buyers and follow up on feedback

* Updating vendors on market conditions and viewing feedback

* Record accurate information obtained on internal databases

* Progressing sales, including updating and assisting solicitors and managing agents

About you:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* High attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload

* Confident and outgoing nature

* Adaptability to work in different markets and within different teams

* Previous experience working within property sales is required, as well as a proven track record of achieving targets across different demographics

* Full UK driving licence
