Lettings Co - Ordinator/Progressor

Loughton (Must live within 40-minute max drive to the office)

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 Per Annum

Woking Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Our clients are looking for a Lettings Co - Ordinator/Progressor to join their friendly, busy Property Management team. This Lettings Coordinator position is a Maternity Cover position that ends around April, and it offers an excellent opportunity to hold the position longer.

Lettings Co - Ordinator/Progression Duties

  • Referencing tenants

  • Liaising with Lettings Negotiators once the deposit is secured

  • Handling pre-let referencing process

  • Generating new tenancy contracts

  • Arranging any pre-tenancy works required

  • Book the inventory/check-in/checkout

  • Dealing with Tenants' deposits ensures they are lodged with the relevant scheme.

  • Advising Utilities of new tenancy and providing new tenancy information

  • Ensure compliant and organise appropriate Gas and Electric safety certificates where required

  • Chasing Arrears

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • Lettings Progression experience(essential)

  • To be intensely familiar with the current laws

  • FCC Paragon and CFP experience are beneficial

  • Strong IT and organisational Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner

  • Helpful by nature

  • Ability to multi task

  • Efficient with good attention to detail
