Branch Administrator ( Lettings) - Wanstead

Do you have an interest in property and previous experience Sales and Lettings administration? Are you focused on attention to detail with brilliant communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines and managing a busy workload?

Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6pm


Office Administrator duties:

* Provide accurate and efficient administrative service to sales and lettings team

* Input property and client information via CRM software system including selecting photographs, floor plan and map.

* Quality control of data input; language, punctuation, spelling, figures

* Undertaking office reporting systems in an efficient manner

* Managing web portals and accuracy of information displayed

* Preparing AST contracts

* Handle correspondence and letters in accordance with manager's instructions

* Provide support to management by undertaking non-sales related tasks

* Support other team members by undertaking front line telephone and face to face customer enquiries when required

* Preparing Sales Letters and property brochures

To be an Office Administrator, you need:

* Previous administrative experience

* Excellent telephone manner

* Articulate

* Confidence and accuracy in written word

* Computer literate with experience in CFP, Dezrez/Rezi is desired but not essential

* Customer service

* Strong organisational skills

* Team player

* Good presentation
