The Job

* Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent

* Stratford, Essex

* Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

* £16,000 to £18,000 per annum basic salary, plus monthly car allowance

* OTE circa £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

*Full UK driving licence

The Role

* Meeting potential tenants and building rapport

* Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties

* Negotiating between landlords and potential tenants

* Meeting with landlords

* Answering queries from clients

* Canvassing for new properties

Our clients require a driven and determined lettings agent, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and exceptional customer service skills. You should be able to solve problems quickly and effectively, have a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Excellent negotiation skills are also essential, previous property sales experience is beneificial. Please only apply if you meet this criteria.
