Lettings Negotiator duties:
* Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
* Canvassing of new properties
* Negotiating and closing deals between landlords and tenants
* Maximising the overall income and profitability within the branch
* Generating leads for property viewings
* Carrying out viewings and market appraisals
To be a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you need:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to prioritise busy workload and work well under pressure
* High attention to detail and efficient problem-solver
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Enthusiastic and determined nature
* Must have previous successful experience as a Lettings Negotiator, with strong listing skills
* Full UK driving licence and your own car
Senior Lettings Negotiator package:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm (day off in lieu during the week)
£20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary, pluscar allowance
OTE circa £40,000 to £45,000 per annum
