Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
• One weekday off in lieu

A typical day

• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Progressing tenancies through to completion
• Generating and following up on new enquiries
• Winning new property listings and instructions
• Carrying out market appraisals and valuations
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Working with the team to maximise branch performance

About you

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Consultant-3 years minimum
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident conducting viewings and valuations
• Ability to work in a target-driven estate agency environment
• Highly organised with strong customer service skills
• Motivated, ambitious and professional
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
