Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 Basic | OTE £50,000+

Pool car availableDriving licence preferred but not essential

A typical day

Registering and qualifying new applicantsArranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between landlords and tenantsProgressing tenancies through to completionGenerating and following up on new enquiriesBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsWorking with the team to maximise branch performance

About you

Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Consultant preferred but will consider candidates with strong transferable skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfident conducting viewingsHighly organised with strong customer service skillsMotivated, ambitious and professional
