Lettings Negotiator package:

Location: East London

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm (day off in lieu during the week)

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary, plus use of company pool car

OTE circa £40,000 to £50,000

Lettings Negotiator duties:

* Registering applicants

* Booking and attending viewings

* Negotiating with landlords and tenants

* Maintaining regular contact with all applicants, updating them on all properties

* Answering queries from clients

* Canvassing for new properties

* Achieving all daily and weekly targets

To be a Lettings Negotiator, you need:

* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and customer service skills

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure

* High attention to detail and efficient problem-solver

* Ability to build rapport with clients

* Organised and enthusiastic nature

* Previous successful experience in the property lettings is advantageous

* Full UK driving licence
