Are you an organised and tenacious individual, looking for a new role in the new homes sector within the property industry?
2 years' experience in New Homes is essential.

Thursday to Monday 10am - 5pm (5 day working week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays off)
£25,000 basic salary
OTE circa £35,000 per annum

New Homes Sales Consultant, Estate Agent
North London

Duties include:
* Registering applicants
* Matching properties to applicants needs
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Giving advice and support on shared ownership (knowledge on this is essential)
* Liaising with solicitors and brokers
* Meeting sales targets each month
* Working with CRM systems

Our clients require:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* High attention to detail
* Ability to meet and exceed set targets
* Can-do attitude and readiness to develop skillset
* Experience within Shared Ownership and Help to Buy is an advantage
* MUST have a full UK driving licence
