We are looking for someone to provide vital support to our Property Inspections Team, offering a fantastic opportunity for hybrid working once fully trained.

Property Inspections Team Coordinator
Location: Chelmsford / Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (no weekends). Following a successful probationary period, candidates can work on a hybrid basis (2 days at home, 3 days in the Office).
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 pa basic salary (depending on skills and industry experience), plus bonuses.

A typical day
Booking property visits and check-out appointments, and sending reminder emails for tenants moving out
Rearranging property visits as needed and taking calls or monitoring the group email when Property Inspection Consultants are unavailable
Managing Property Inspection Consultants' diaries and agency bookings to ensure smooth coordination
Adding meter readings, appliances, CO, and smoke alarms to Reapit from inventories
Managing content on third-party CRM systems linked to Condition Reports (Inventories)
Monitoring inbound inventories, checking compliance, liaising with progressors/branches, and sending completed inventories to landlords
Acting as the Inventory department liaison between clerks and branches for last-minute appointments
Completing deposit negotiations (from tenancy end date to release) and arranging deposit releases on DocuSign
Negotiating between landlords and tenants regarding deposit returns, and processing paperwork for independent adjudication with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme where applicable
Assisting the team leader with day-to-day tasks
About you
Current or previous experience within Residential Lettings is essential
Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads
Diligent with a strong attention to detail
A proactive 'can do' attitude and approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic
Ability to work independently whilst also being a team player
IT proficient, familiar with MS Office packages and able to grasp new technology quickly
