Property Manager Package:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6:00pm
£30,000 to £32,000 per annum basic salary, dependent on level of experience

NO SATURDAYS!!!
Property Manager Duties:
Booking check-ins and arranging tenants move-ins.
Answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, deal with all general enquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly
Act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, managing agents and contractors
Arranging for works to take place including arranging access
Receive, prioritise and coordinate new tenancies and end of tenancies
Process notices to vacate - Section 8 and 21 notices
Instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work
Tenancy renewals
Reviewing quotes from contractors.
Booking check outs and cleaning.
Notifying suppliers and council of a change in tenants.
To be a Property Manager, you need:
Excellent communication, written and verbal, and customer service skills
Ability to effectively manage conflict and solving problems
Great organisational and problem-solving skills
Confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the role and company
Previous experience within administration
Ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies
