Our clients seek a Property Manager with excellent communication and relationship management skills to join their team!

The role will largely entail dealing with Property Maintenance issues.

Candidates will need an understanding of the property management process, a professional approach, and the ability to handle and resolve complex and sensitive matters.

Property Manager- Property Maintenance issues

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Location: East London

Duties include:

*First point of contact for reporting maintenance issues.

*Recording all relevant details about the nature of the issue on Active H MIS.

*Completing an assessment of the correct priority, raising a job sheet, and allocating the job to the relevant maintenance team member.

*Assessing and prioritising the maintenance issues reported to ensure they are correctly graded as priority 1, 2, 3, or 4.

*Ensure the company achieves its priority targets.

*Comply with all legal and ELPM regulations, paying particular attention to all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work regulations.

*Attending all training courses booked by ELPM, both internal and external, to develop your core skills.

Our clients require:

*Experience with SDM software. (Desired)

*Experience with dealing with and solving maintenance issues.

*Always displaying professional behaviour and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

*1 to 2 years of property manager experience is required, especially in handling maintenance issues.

*High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

*Able to handle and resolve complex and sensitive issues.
