Are you an organised, conscientious and hardworking individual, looking for a brilliant new opportunity within a well-established and successful Estate Agency as a Property Manager?

Our clients are ideally looking for a candidates with up to 1 years' experience within Residential Property Management within the Lettings Sector or a background as a lettings negotiator.

Property Manager package:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Up to £27,000 per annum basic salary

NO SATURDAYS!!!

Property Manager duties:

* Overseeing and participating in all aspects of the property management process

* Liaising with clients

* Organising inventories/check-ins with leading technologies

* Property visits and repairs

* Rent collections and tenancy renewals

* Administration of new tenancies

To be a Property Manager, you need:

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to deliver impeccable customer service

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills

* Driven and ambitious nature

* Previous experience and understanding of property management is ideal but not essential

* Experience in Damage deposits or property licencing is deal but not essential

If you worked here:

* You would be working for a multi award winning, independent, family-owned Estate Agency, established for over 25 years

* Working with NFOPP qualified staff, covering various London boroughs such as Waltham Forest, Redbridge and Havering etc.

* They combine traditional property experience with the latest technology to maximise opportunities for clients
