The Package
Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm - NO SATURDAYS
£25,000 to £32,000 per annum basic salary dependent on industry experience
OTE circa £40,000 to £70,000 plus per annum
A typical day
Seeking out new business opportunities and acquiring new properties
Creating new as well as developing your network of agents, developers and landlords.
Being commercially aware and spotting new properties
Valuing and estimating cost and the potential renting possibilities.
Helping offer great rental options to professionals, young people and students alike.
About you
A skilled negotiator, able to influence with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proactive, charismatic with the ability to build relationships quickly
Commercially aware and always looking for new opportunities
Ambitious and driven by results
You will have a good understanding of Londons Property and Flat Share rental Market
Ideally Knowledge of lettings regulations and an understanding of various council's HMO requirements.
Some experience within Estate Agency Lettings or Sales with a natural sales ability is essential
Must be an energetic, enthusiastic person, with excellent communication and customer relationship skills
