Repairs Administration Assistant:
Picking up Jobs from the CRM system
Arranging access for repairs with the tenant
Updating the CRM system once a role has been completed
Reviewing email enquiries and taking appropriate action
Inputting details onto system
Assisting other members of the Team as required

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm NO SATURDAYS
Salary £23/26,000pa dependant on experience
Confident, friendly with great customer service skills
Organised, Efficient, Excellent at multi-tasking
Able to handle difficult clients calmly
Experience as a repairs administrator- essential
Enjoy working in fast paced busy and friendly environment
Experience in Liaising with tenants is essential
Call Centre experience ideal but not essential
