£30,000 per annum basic salary, plus company car/car allowance
OTE circa £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, with profit share potentially £70,000 to £75,000 per annum

* You would be working for a highly respected and well-established Estate Agency, with over 50 years' experience and around 20 offices across Essex and into Central London
* With departments in Residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management, Land & New Homes, Financial Services, Commercial Property and Surveying
* Working in a busy office with a dedicated and hardworking team
* You'd have the opportunity to earn excellent company benefits and build this exceptionally busy branch with an impressive diversity of properties
Day to day duties:
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Liaising with vendor and purchasers and solicitors
* Motivating and leading dedicated and ambitious team
* Maximising the overall income and profitability within the branch
* Carrying out market appraisals on residential properties
* Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
* Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face-to-face
About you:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients and have a great work ethic
* Be determined and motivated to build business
* Exceptional record for turning valuations into listings and sales
* Results driven nature and high attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
