Are you a professional and articulate individual, with a passion for the property industry, looking for an exciting new opportunity within an established Estate Agency? A minimum of 12 months' experience within the property industry is essential.

Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent

Walthamstow, East London

Package

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

£25,000 per annum basic salary plus commission

On Target Earnings £30/35,000pa plus

Duties include:

* Registering applicants

* Identify buyers need and match them to suitable properties

* Conducting viewings

* Liaising with Vendor and Purchasers

* Winning insturctions

* Deliver the highest level of customer service

Our clients require:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload

* Organised and enthusiastic nature

* Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

* Minimum of 12 months Estate Agency Sales and Listing experience

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
