Working Hours

• Mon–Fri 9:00–6 | Sat 9:00–4 (1 Saturday off per month & 1 day off in lieu

A typical day

• Qualify applicants and plan tailored property tour
• Conduct structured and productive viewings
• Assess buyers’ finances and refer to mortgage brokers & solicitors
• Proactively manage conveyancing and documentation follow-ups
• Initiate and complete applicant referencing promptly
• Maintain professionalism while achieving team targets

About you

• Minimum 2 years’ estate agency sales experience
• Knowledge of the sales market & conveyancing processStrong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
• Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptable, and a team player
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
