Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Isle of Dogs, London.
Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm
£20,000 to £25,000 per annum basic salary plus car allowance
OTE circa £50,000k - 70,000k per annum
About you:
Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential!)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Pro-active and confident nature
Self - Starter with a great track record!
Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure
Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
Looking for progression!
Day to day duties:
Registering applicants.
Matching properties to Purchasers' needs.
Conducting viewings.
Liaising with vendors and purchasers.
Conducting valuations.
Facilitate the smooth progression of sales.
Coordinate paperwork, legal processes, and communication.
Establish strong relationships with local property owners and investors.
