SALES NEGOTIATOR required for a highly established multi branch agent within south east London. This is a fantastic package with a great commission structure an opportunity suited for anybody looking for an exciting new role.

* Experienced Sales Negotiator
* Location: The Borough of Greenwich, South East London
* Local knowledge preferred
* Basic: £16,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
* OTE: £40,000 - £50,000 
* Car Allowance

As a Sales Negotiator you will possess strong communication, customer service and organizational skills. This role will involve dealing with a wide variety of people therefore the above skills are essential. Our client believes that an acute awareness of client relationships is required to succeed in this position. Operating in a very busy office, they require a Sales Negotiator who copes extremely well with pressure and remains calm and focused at all times. 

Duties of this exciting Sales Negotiator role will include:
* Registering applicants 
* Matching properties to applicants needs 
* Conducting viewings 
* Negotiating and Closing deals 
* Liaising with clients, landlords sand tenants
* Canvassing of new properties

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator position you will have the following qualities:
* Experience as a Sales Negotiator
* Liaising with High Net worth clients
* Well presented
* Strong work ethic
* Have a successful track record
* Customer focused 
* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic 
* Full UK driving licence essential
