Our client, an independent agent in East London are currently looking to recruit an Experienced Lister to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will be well organised, have excellent communication skills and be driven to succeed.

* Experienced Lister

* Location: East London

* Salary: £25,000 Per Annum (depending on experience)

* OTE: £45,000 - £50,000

Duties of this exciting role will include;

* Experience in listing

* Chasing old valuations

* Canvassing campaigns

* New business generation

* Develop a relationship with new potential landlords and agents

* Transforming valuations into instructions

Requirements;

* Proven track record as a successful Lister

* Previous Experience working within Estate Agency

* Knowledge of local area

* Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets

* Customer focused

* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic

* Excellent communication skills

* You must have a full UK driving licence
