Sales, Senior Negotiator
£32,000 to £35,000 Per Annum
Are you a resilient and hardworking individual, with a strong sales background, looking for a new opportunity within a highly respected Estate Agency?
Experience within property sales at a senior level and a successful proven track record is essential.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5:30pm (day off in lieu during the week)
£18,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary (dependent on experience)
OTE circa £32,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus car allowance/company car and end of year discretionary profit share
Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent
* Valuation and Listing of new properties
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Liaising with vendor and purchasers and solicitors
* Canvassing of new properties
* Maximising the overall income and profitability within the branch
* Carrying out viewings and market appraisals on residential properties
Our clients require:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
* Ability to build rapport with both buyers and sellers
* Full UK driving licence
