Senior Sales Negotiator - Colchester

Senior Sales Negotiator duties:

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Maximising the overall income and profitability within the branch

* Carrying out market appraisals on residential properties

* Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market

* Liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors

To be a Senior Sales Negotiator, you need:

* Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

* High attention to detail and great problem-solving skills

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure

* Driven, motivating and enthusiastic nature, with confidence to inspire your team everyday

* Proven successful track record as a Sales Negotiator

* Full UK driving licence

Senior Sales Negotiator package:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5:30pm (day off in lieu during the week)

£20,000 per annum basic salary, plus attractive car allowance/company car and end of year discretionary profit share

OTE circa £36,000 to £38,000 per annum
