Senior Sales Negotiator - must have 2 years of experience!

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum basic salary

OTE circa £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Location: Chingford

Duties include:

  • Registering applicants.

  • Matching properties to Purchasers' needs.

  • Conducting viewings.

  • Liaising with vendors and purchasers.

  • Conducting valuations.

  • Facilitate the smooth progression of sales.

  • Coordinate paperwork, legal processes, and communication.

  • Establish strong relationships with local property owners and investors.

  • Maintain rapport with existing clients.

Our clients require:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Present yourself professionally as a brand ambassador.

  • Dynamic and ambitious nature.

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Negotiator is required.
