Our clients are looking for Property Managers with 2 years' experience of managing a team of 5 or more property manager with a strong commitment to high customer service standards.

Team Leader- Property Manager Package:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

£40,000 to £45,000 per annum basic salary, dependent on level of experience

Plus quarterly bonuses

Dockland

Hybrid/Flexible working

NO SATURDAYS!!!

Team Leader -Property Manager Duties:

  • Manage a team of 5 plus property managers and all the HR in relation to them.

  • Set KPIs, carry out daily morning meetings, monthly one to ones and complete probation with the team.

  • Manage your own small portfolio

  • Train and develop new team members and promote existing team.

  • Help the team generate new leads and retain existing business

  • Report to the Head of Property management and all other Departments.

  • Instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work

To be a Team Leader Property Manager, you need:

  • 2 years' experience managing a team of 5 or more Property Managers (Non- negotiable)

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, and customer service skills

  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and solving problems

  • Great organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the role and company

  • Strong IT Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations

  • Expert communicator capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems

  • Create a great working environment

  • Must have experience in Residential Property management only not block management. (Non-negotiable)
