Are you a hardworking, enthusiastic and confident individual, with a passion for property, looking for a brilliant opportunity to work within a well-established and renowned Estate Agency as a Trainee Estate Agent?

Do you have current sales experience and a natural sales ability, or some experience within the lettings sector of the property industry?

Trainee Estate Agent package:

£18,000 per annum for the first 3 months

£12,000 per annum basic salary, plus 10% commission plus monthly bonuses plus ARLA training and financial sponsorship

OTE circa £25,000+ per annum, including rewards and incentives

Whilst based in Hornchurch, you will have opportunity to let properties across 5 local branches including Basildon, Romford and Hornchurch, Upminster and Dagenham Essex.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

Trainee Estate Agent duties:

* Matching properties to applicants

* Arranging and Conducting viewings

* Liaising with tenants and landlords

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Generating new business opportunities

To be a Trainee Estate Agent, you need:

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload

* Excellent sales and negotiation skills

* Desire to be challenged in an exciting and fast-paced role, with an enthusiastic and determined attitude

* Full UK driving licence and own car
