Are you a professional and results driven individual, with a natural sales ability, looking for a new opportunity within an established Estate Agency?

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week)

£16,000 to £18,000 per annum basic salary

OTE circa £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, plus car allowance and insurance contribution

Trainee Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent

Walthamstow, East London

Duties include:

* Registering applicants

* Matching properties to Tenant needs

* Conducting viewings

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Liaising with clients, Landlords and Tenants

* Canvassing & listing of new properties

* Progressing lets and move ins

* Some pre-let paperwork

Our clients require:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Dynamic and ambitious nature

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload

* High attention to detail

* Experience in Lettings and Listing

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
