Trainee Property Manager

Southwark London

£25/6,000 pa starting salary

Hours Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

About the job

Manage tenancies from start to finish, by arranging inventories, maintenance requests, required inspections, etc.

Generate and maintain excellent working relationships with Landlords and key partners by communicating and managing expectations effectively. Attend to tenant's requests with a 'common sense' approach.

Book quotes and maintenance tasks. Liaise with contractors to ensure all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely and cost-effective manner. Assist other Property Managers. Carry out property Inspections.
