An exciting opportunity has become available to join a dynamic Independent Estate Agency that needs a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its successful Team.

Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator Package

Basic Salary:18,000 Per Annum, plus OTE 35,000 Per Annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every third Saturday 9-2pm (no days off in lieu)

Location: Palmers Green

About the role

* Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals

* Deal with telephone and email enquiries from landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers

* Booking and attending viewings

* Qualifying potential tenants/ buyers

* Maintain regular contact with Landlord and Tenant/ Buyers and Sellers

* Manage and update applicants on all properties

* Register, accompany and carry out viewings with buyers/prospective tenants

* Ensure all prospective tenants are correctly referenced and that landlords give approval to proceed

* Identify tenants/ buyers need and match them to suitable properties

To be a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you need:

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

* Pro-active and confident nature

* Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work well under pressure

* Great customer service and a can-do attitude

* Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
