Are you a resilient and forward-thinking individual, with a background in sales , looking for an exciting new role with a progressive Estate Agency?

Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Estate Agent, Buckhurst Hill, East London

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off in lieu of working Saturdays, so a five day working week)

£16,000 to £18,000 per annum basic salary + car allowance

OTE £35000/£40000

Duties include:

* Qualifying potential buyers and tenants and registering applicants

* Identify buyers and tenants needs and match them to suitable properties

* Deliver the highest level of customer service to Vendors, Landlords, Buyers and Tenants

* Booking and attending viewings

* Maintain regular contact with all applicants

* Manage and update applicants on all properties

* Negotiate where instructed any offer

* Achieve all daily and weekly targets

* Proactive and confident nature

* Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

* Motivated to succeed

* Local knowledge preferred but not essential

* FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN CAR ESSENTIAL
