Trainee/Sales Negotiator Wanstead


* Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6pm Saturday 9am-5pm (with day off in lieu)

* £16,000 to £20,000 per annum basic salary, with a guarantee for the first 3 months

* OTE circa £30,000 to £35,000 per annum

* Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle

* Some experience within Estate Agency is beneficial but not essential, a natural sales ability is required

* Must be a passionate and enthusiastic person, with excellent communication and customer service skills

A typical day

* Matching properties to applicants

* Conducting viewings

* Liaising with vendors, purchasers

* Negotiating and closing deals

* Passionate about supporting the local community
