LCA Jobs were at the biggest residential property awards event in the UK recently – the EA Masters, where the bestestate agents across the country receive recognition for exceptional customer service.

These are detailed, thorough tests – under the auspices of Rightmove and their partners Property Academy, each branch were sent a minimum of four requests from notional buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to see how quickly and effectively they respond to each. Only a few are truly great. And we make sure that our candidates understand that their role is to hit these heights for every client of LCA Jobs.
