LCA jobs backs Rising Stars at property awards

This is the time of year for celebrating, and LCA Jobs has been a part of the UK's leading estate agency awards.

Hosted by Julian Clary and billed as the Property Party of the Year, agencies and suppliers from across Great Britain and Northern Ireland compete for 34 different awards, which are handed out at a black-tie gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

We're proud to support this year's Rising Star of the Year award, recognising the achievements made by those in the industry aged 30 or under.

That's not the only category LCA had a hand in on the night: Lynn was also asked to announce the Employer of the Year award, where Encore Estate Management beat Lovelle Estate Agents and FirstPost to the Gold award.

"I was recommended to LCA Recruitment via a friend as I was looking for more then just a dead end job, upon speaking to a lady called Jess, I was invited in for a face to face meeting, where I was greeted and made to feel at ease from the get go. I personally had a few issues with coming forward for this type of position as I have tattoos that cover my hands and neck, every so supportive and understanding my confidence was raised and I was made to feel that if this is what I want to do, then I can do it! I've only ever had 4 interviews within the space of maybe a month, I was called back in for a second interview and was offered the position. through the whole process, from start to end even after being employed, the support from Jess has always been amazing. thank you from the bottom of my heart as I now have a carer that I'm happy with and the potential for progression is unlimited. thank you Jess and Lyn!"
