1. My MacBook (with a satellite connection and a generator to keep it alive!)
2. A hot salt beef sandwich with mustard on rye bread
3. And of course my fab wife Tracy!

What 1 thing makes you an outstanding individual?
My fortitude and never give up attitude, coupled with my communication skills(oops! i said two!)

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A sports journalist.

If you won £100k tomorrow, what’s the first thing you’d spend your money on?
Invest it in engaging more outstanding Talent for LoveWorkLife (or maybe a private box at Arsenal with all of the hospitality add-ons, or maybe (boring) pay off the mortgage!

If you could only ever read one book in your life, what would it be?
The Diary of a Young Girl - Anne Frank

The Godfather

Who do you admire the most in your life?
My Dad, who in his mid eighties is still amazingly active, my wife Tracy who has the most positive attitude to life, and my kids, because they grown up to be kind, intelligent, fun loving, respectful and wonderful people, and they have so much to look forward to in their lives. I must not forget to mention my gorgeous twin granddaughters Maisie and Lily who are just adorable!

If you could have super power, what would it be?
The ability to create more hours in a day, and the ability to do a "Star Trek" and be beamed up, in exchange for the hours that I spend travelling every week! (Two things again!)

What do you love most about your work life?
I work with so many inspiring, innovative, stimulating, ambitious and delightful people in my profession, and their positive energy constantly recharges my own.
