The big question is - skills, experience or attitude when recruiting the right people? 

Many of our clients come to LCA initially with set requirements, based on experience levels or a specific skillset, looking at getting their notional right “fit” for the team and personality.  Rarely is behaviour considered at the initial stages of recruitment. However, we’ve found this to be one of the most valuable elements when looking at long-term success in a role.

We’ve researched and managed to find an incredibly successful tool, a scientific system which enables us to dig deep and understand the behaviours - rather than just the skills – that you would need in the roles that you are looking to fill.
